ORDINANCE NO. 2101 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE <br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS2 AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIFS ES- <br />TABLISHED BY THE ZOIVING MAP OF SAID CITY; FSTABLISHING A <br />LIC~iT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) ON A PART OF LOT 3, CITY BLOCK <br />317, ON PROPERTY BFLONGING TO W. C. PAYNE, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br />THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN AGRICUI.TURAL <br />DISTRICT (A); AND DFSIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE LIGHT <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI ) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br />Light Industrial District (LI), be, and the same is hereby es- <br />tablished on a part of Lot 3, City Block 317, on property be- <br />longing to W. C. Payne, so as to include in such Light <br />Industrial District (LI) the hereinafter described property, <br />which was formerly and is presently designated as an <br />Agricultural District (A), and that the boundaries of said <br />Light Industrial District (LI), be, and the same are hereby <br />established as follows: <br />Situated partly within the Corporate Limits of the <br />City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a <br />part of the Joseph Leach Survey, and being a part of a <br />43.196 acre tract of land conveyed to Cy L. Wright as <br />recorded in Vol. 442, Page 411, of the Deed Records of <br />said County and State, and being the same tract of land <br />conveyed to W. T. Franklin by deed recorded in Book <br />458, Page 169, Lamar County Deed Records, described by <br />metes and bounds as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake for corner at the intersection <br />of the North Boundary Line of Pine Mill Road with the <br />East Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286, said point being <br />the most southerly Southwest corner of said Wright tract <br />of land; <br />THENCE South 87 Deg. 20 Min. East along the North <br />Boundary Line of Pine Mill Road a distance of 352.6 feet <br />to a stake for corner; <br />THENCE North 89 Deg. East along the North Bounda,ry <br />Line of Pine Mill Road a distance of 161.7 feet to a <br />stake for corner; <br />THENCE North 2 Deg. 15 Min. East along the East <br />Boundary Line of said Leach Survey a distance of 407.5 <br />feet to a post for corner at an ell corner of said <br />Wright tract of land; <br />THENCE West a distance of 744 feet to a stake for <br />corner in the East Boundary Line of sai d Loop Highway <br />286; <br />THENCE along the East Boundary Line of Loop Highway <br />286 as follows: South 19 Deg. 58 Min. East a distance <br />of 27 feet; South 18 Deg. 46 Min. East a di stance of 100 <br />feet; South 17 Deg. 01 Min. Ea.st a distance of 100 feet; <br />South 14 Deg. 59 Min. East a distance of 91.5 feet; <br />South 62 Deg. 32 Min. East, a distance of 136.7 feet; <br />South 0 Deg. 16 Min. East a distance of 25 feet to the <br />place of beginning, and containing 6.07 acres of land, <br />as determined by an actual survey on the ground by W. R. <br />Abbott, Registered Public Surveyor of Texas on July 12, <br />1967. <br />
