Being the same property described in deed recorded <br />Book 516, Page 23, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas. <br />SAVE AND EXCEPT a tract of land sold off, to-wit : <br />A part of the said Joseph Leach Survey, situated partly <br />within the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, Lamar <br />County, Texas, and being the tract described <br />in the deed to Edmond A. Parham by deed <br />1969, recorded in Book 489, Page 451, Lamar County Deed <br />Records, and also a part of said 43.196 acre tract con- <br />veyed to Cy L. Wright by deed recorded in Boolc 442, <br />Page 411, Laznar County, Texas Deed Records, as well as <br />a part of sai d 6.07 acre tract above described by metes <br />and bounds, said tract so sold off being described by <br />metes and bounds as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake for corner at a point 50 feet <br />West of the Northeast corner of the above described 6.07 <br />acre tract, said coxner being in the East Boundary Line <br />of said Leach Survey; <br />THENCE East 50 feet a stake being the Northeast <br />corner of the said above described 6.07 acre tract in <br />the East Boundary Line of said Leach Survey; <br />THENCE South 2 Deg. 15 Min. West alongthe East <br />Soundary Line of said Joseph Leach Survey and said 6.07 <br />acre tract a distance of 407.5 feet a stake for corner <br />at the intersection of the said East Boundary Lines of <br />Joseph Leach Survey and said 6.07 acre tract with the <br />North Boundary Line of Pine Mill Road~he North Boundary <br />THENC E South 89 Deg. West along <br />Line of said road, a distance of 50 feet a stake for <br />corner; <br />THENCE North to the place of beginning, containirg <br />less than one-half (1/2) acre of land so sold off of <br />said above described 6.07 acre tract. <br />Being a part of Lot 3, City Block 317. <br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, <br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the <br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imme- <br />diately upon passage. <br />Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of <br />Paris in regular session convened in the Council Room, City <br />Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the lOth day of July, 1972. <br />ATTEST : <br />H.~ C.
