ORDINANCE NO. 2115 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TFXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE AMENDED BY REVIS- ING SBCTIONS 6-17 AND 6-21(4 ) AND (5), AND BY A.DDING SUBSFCTIONS (9), (10) AND (11) TO SBCTION 6-21; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPFALING ALL ORDINANCFS OR PARTS OF ORDINANCFS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFDCTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBEZ 1, 1972. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS : Section 1. That Section 6-17 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended so that such shall read as follows: "Section 6-17. Application for permit. (a) The City Clerk of the City of Paris will provide an application for permit to all persons desiring to engage in an aeronautical activity on Cox Field. The Airport Manager will maintain forms for application for aeronautical activities, which may be procured by persons desiring to engage in such activity at Cox Field. (b) Permits shall be reviewed annually by the Airport Advisory Board, which sh,.all make recommenda- tions to the City Council for or against renewal. (c) All permitees under this section shall attend fire, rescue and other emergency training as directed by the Airport Manager and shall serve as a volunteer on the fire and rescue crew to answer all emergencies. (d) The requirements prescribed by this article shall constitute the minimum standards to be met as a condition for the right of any person to conduct an aeronautical activity on Cox Field. Such standards are reasonable and relevant to the covered activities and shall be applied objectively and uniformly. (Ord. No. 1854 11 la, lb, 2-12-68)" Section 2. That Subparagraphs (4) and (5) of Section 6-21 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended so that such shall read as follows: "Section 6-21. Fuel and oil sales. (4) The operator must maintain uniformed personnel on full-time duty from 8:00 A. M. to 6:30 P. M. or dusk, whichever is later, seven (7) days a week, and be on call for reasonable re- quests at all other times.
