(5) The operator must meet and direct all <br />transient aircraft to a parking space or to the <br />refueling area. The Airport Manager will desig- <br />nate local and transient parking areas. The <br />operator must maintain parking and tie-down areas <br />and maintain the capability to efficiently and <br />safely move aircraft to such areas and properly <br />secure them in coznpliance with local regulations." <br />Section 3. That the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended by adding Subsections (9), (10) <br />and (11) to Section 6-21, to read as follows: <br />"Section 6-21. Fuel and oil sales. <br />(9) The operator must provide adequate <br />ground equipment to perform fueling operations <br />without delay to the largest aircraft likely to <br />require service at Cox Field. <br />(10) A11 increases in rentals, rates and fees <br />must be approved by the City of Paris before the <br />change is to be effective. <br />(11) The operator must maintain a listening <br />watch on the Unicom and provide the necessary in- <br />formation and assistance to all aircraft." <br />Section 4. Any person violating any of the provisions of <br />this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con- <br />viction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00. <br />Section 5. All ordinanc es or parts of ordinances in <br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 6.
