<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES-
<br />TABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO-
<br />FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), SPECIFIC USE, RFSIDENCE HOME
<br />FOR AGED, ON LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 112-B, LOT 10, CITY BLOCK 112-C,
<br />LOT 1 AND PART OF LOT 2, PART OF LOT 3 AND LOTS 4 THROUGH 8,
<br />BLOCK 1, POLAND ADDITION, AND LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 4, POLAND
<br />ADDITION, UPON PROPERTY OF WHICH ROBER T L. MARSHALL OWNS A
<br />CURRENT OPTION, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORP'IERLY
<br />DFSIGNATED AS A TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIG-
<br />NATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F),
<br />SPFCIFIC USE, RESIDENCE HOME FOR AGED, SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries hereto.fore established
<br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />1~vo-Family Dwelling District (2F), Specific Use, Residence
<br />Home for Aged, be, and the same is hereby established on Lot 1,
<br />City Block 112-B, Lot 10, City Block 112-C, Lot 1 and Part of
<br />Lot 2, Part of Lot 3 and Lots 4 through 8, Block l, Poland
<br />Addition, and Lots 1 and 2, Block 4, Poland Addition, upon pro-
<br />perty of which Robert L. Marshall owns a current option, so as
<br />to include in such Tvo-Family Dwelling District (2F), Specific
<br />Use, Residence Home for Aged, the hereinafter described pro-
<br />perty, which was formerly and is presently designated as aTwo-
<br />Family Dwelling District (2F), and that the boundaries of said
<br />Two-Family Dwelling District (2F), Specific Use, Residence Home
<br />for Aged, be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of
<br />Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part of
<br />the Larkin Rattan Survey, and being more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a stake for corner in the South
<br />Boundary Line of Sherman St., said point being 327 ft.
<br />East of the East Boundary Line of 12th S. E.
<br />Thence Southerly a distance of 422 ft. to a stake
<br />for corner in the North Boundary Line of an Al1ey;
<br />Thence East a distance of 25 ft. to a stake for
<br />corner in the North Boundary Line of said A11ey;
<br />Thence South at 20 ft, being the Northwest corner
<br />of Lot 1, Block 1, of the Poland Addition, continuing
<br />on a total distance of 172.5 ft. to a stake for corner
<br />in the North Boundary Line of Neathery St., said
<br />point being the Southwest corner of said Lot l;
<br />Thence East a distance of 62 ft. to a post for
<br />corner at the Southwest corner of a lot conveyed
<br />Betty F. Ritchie by deed recorded in Vol. 380, Page
<br />381, of said Deed Records;
<br />Thence North a distance of 152.5 ft. to an iron
<br />pin for corner at the Northwest corner of said
<br />Ritchie lot;
<br />Thence Ea,st along the South Boundary Line of an
<br />Alley a distance of 74 ft. to an iron pin for corner
<br />at the Northeast corner of said Ritchie lot;
<br />Thence South a distance of 152.5 ft. to a post
<br />for corner in the North Boundary Line of Neathery St.,
<br />said point being the Southeast corner of said Ritchie
<br />lot;
