Thence East along the North Boundary Line of <br />Neathery St. at 208 ft. being the West Bounda,ry Line <br />of 14th S. E., at 251 ft. bein g the East Boundary Line <br />of 14th S. E., continuing on a total distance of 352 <br />ft. to a post for corner at the Southeast corner of <br />Lot 2, Block 4, of the Poland Addition, said point for <br />corner being 156 ft. West of the West Boundary Line of <br />15th S. E.; <br />Thence North a distance of 152.5 ft, to a post for <br />corner at the Northeast corner of said Lot 2; <br />Thence West along the South Boundary Line of an <br />Alley a distance of 101 ft. to a stake for corner; <br />Thence North at 20 ft. bein g the North Boundary <br />Line of said Alley, continuing on a total distance of <br />251 ft. to a stake for corner at the Southeast corner <br />of a lot conveyed J. W. McCoy as recorded in Vol. 424, <br />Page 342, of the Deed Records of said County and State; <br />Thence West a distance of 109 ft. to a stake for <br />corner at the Southwest corner of said McCoy lot; <br />Thence North a distance of 200 ft. to a stake for <br />corner in the South Boundary Line of Sherman St., said <br />point being the Northwest corner of said McCoy lot; <br />Thence Westerly along the South Boundary Line of <br />Sherman St. a distance of 310 ft. to the place of <br />beginning and containing 5.19 acres of land, SAVE AND <br />EXCEPT 0.33 acres included in said Alley and said 14th <br />S. E., leavin g a net acreage of 4.86 acres, more or 1ess. <br />Bein g described in accordance with an actual survey <br />made on the ground by W. R. Abbott, Registered Public <br />Surveyor, No. 1443, on the 26th day of April, 1967. <br />Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, <br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the <br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. That the zoning classification herein granted <br />is conditioned upon a building permit being requested on or be- <br />fore the 20th day of May, 1973, and in the event such request is <br />not made then said property reverts to its former classification <br />of Two-Family Dwelling District (2F). <br />Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 5.
