Highway No. 82, said point being the Northeast corner of a 9.64 acre tract of land con- veyed Central Freight Lines Inc. by deed recorded in Book 523, Page 613, Deed Records of said County and State, said point also being in the West City Limit Line as established by Ordinance No. 1739, dated August 9, 1965; THENCE West with the South Boundary Line of U.
