d. Subparagraph (:11) of Section I is amended to read as <br />follows: <br />"(11) Replatting The word "replatting" shall be the re - <br />subdivision of any part or all of any block or blocks <br />of a previously platted subdivision, addition, lot, or <br />tract, except as hereinafter provided in Section VI B. " <br />e. That Section VI is amended to read as follows: <br />"Section VI. Replatting. <br />A. The replat of the subdivision shall meet all of the <br />requirements for a new subdivision that may be pertinent, <br />as provided for herein. It shall show the existing property <br />being subdivided. No preliminary plat will be required on <br />replats. <br />B. A replat shall not be required in accordance with <br />the above requirements when the following conditions exist: <br />(1) The area affected is not more than two (2) <br />platted lots and does not create more than two <br />(2) lots or the area affected is one lot facing <br />upon a dedicated street, which lot was separately <br />owned prior to the 12th day of April, 1965 or <br />prior to annexation to the City of Paris. <br />(2) No easements, dedication of streets or rights - <br />of -way are required for public use. <br />(3) The owner of the property presents to the <br />Director of Public Works a recordable sur- <br />veyor's plat of the affected property and the <br />Lamar County Clerk recording fee for the <br />same. Said recordable surveyor's plat shall <br />not be deemed a. final plat or replat as those <br />terms are used herein. <br />The surveyor's plat so presented shall be reviewed by the <br />City Engineer and if found to be in order shall satisfy the <br />plat requirements involving the issuance of building permits. " <br />Section 2. That 17-100a of Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br />Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to read as follows: <br />"a. The lot or tract is part of a plat of record, properly <br />approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission, and <br />filed in the Plat Records of Lamar County, Texas or <br />has been created in accordance with Section VI, <br />Paragraph B, of Ordinance No. 1315 of the City of <br />Paris. " <br />Section 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction <br />shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00. <br />Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict <br />herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />
