ORDINANCE NO. 2166 . AN ORDINANCE CONTAINING A HEARING ON PROPERTIES LO- CATED IN THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, BELONGING TO VARIOUS OWNERS, AND AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL FINDING THE MATERLALS REMAINING IN THE PREMISES TO CONSTITUTE A NUISANCE AND TO BE A FIRE HAZARD TO LIFE AND PROPERTY AND A HAZARD TO THE LIFE AND WELFARE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA, AND ORDERING SAID RUBBISH, LUMBER AND RE- FUSE FROM THE STRUCTURES TO BE TORN DOWN AND REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES, IN ORDER TO ABATE SUCH NUISANCE. WHEREAS, a public hearing was, on the 12th day of November, 1973, called to order by the Mayor of the City of Paris, F. D. Mallory, III, at 7:00 o'clock P. M. , in the City Council Room, in the City of Paris, Texas; and, WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Building Hazard Inspection Committee fixed a date for hearing on the resolution re - ferred to the Committee by the City Council on August 13, 1973, and said Committee fixed said hearing at 9:00 o'clock A. M. , on the 28th day of September, 1973, and the hearing was had thereon. That proper notice was given to the owner or owners of the structures lo- cated at the following addresses: 1050 East Austin Street 1437 8th Street, S. E. 510 to 530 4th Stre et, S. W.
