That at said hearing the Committee listed the structures involved and <br />introduced pictures of the various portions of the structures and <br />various portions of the premises involved. That the Committee found <br />that each of the above structures were in such state of deterioration <br />and dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and property <br />and that each of said buildings was dilapidated and was dangerous to <br />life and property and dangerous structures to life and property. That <br />said buildings are in such a state of dilapidation and decay that none of <br />said structures are capable of repair. It is further found that the <br />condition of the premises and structures involved were such that the <br />Committee recommended to the City Council that they be declared a <br />nuisance and that the owners thereof be ordered by the City Council to <br />tear down and remove the same from the lots involved. 'Ihat said <br />Committee filed a complete report of its hearing and its findings with <br />the City Clerk of the City of Paris on the 19th day of October, 1973; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has fully heard and considered the <br />testimony presented upon the hearing and a complete transcript of the <br />testimony reported by the Building Hazard Inspection Committee; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: <br />Section l.
