ORDINANCE NO. 2195 , <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE <br />BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; <br />ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) <br />ON A PART OF LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 188E, ON PROPERTY BELONG- <br />ING TO NATHAN BELL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY <br />FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND <br />DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE-FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: <br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the <br />Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, <br />Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a One -Family <br />Dwelling District No. 2(SF -2), be, and the same is hereby es - <br />tablished on a part of Lot 5, City Block 188E, on property belonging <br />to Nathan Bell, so as to include in such One Family Dwelling District <br />No. 2(SF-2), the hereinafter described property, which was formerly <br />and is presently designated as a Commercial District (C), and that <br />the boundaries of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), <br />be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br />All that certain tract or parcel of land situated within <br />the Corporate Limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, <br />State of Texas, being a part of the Larkin Rattan Survey <br />Abst. No. 778 and also being a part of the same 11. 86 acre <br />tract of land conveyed B. P. Denny by America Russell on <br />November 20, 1897 and of record in Book 228, Page 398, in <br />the Deed Records of said County and State and being further <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at an iron pin for corner in the South Boundary <br />Line of existing Farm Road No. 1507 said pin being at the <br />intersection of said South Boundary Line of said Farm Road <br />and the East Boundary Line of the above mentioned 11.86 <br />acre tract; <br />Thence S 1 Degree Ol Minute E along the East <br />Boundary Line of said 11. 86 acres a distance of 321. 7 feet <br />to a stake for corner in the North Boundary Line of proposed <br />Farm Road No. 1507; <br />Thence S 89 Degrees 24 Minutes W along the North <br />Boundary Line of said Proposed Highway a distance of 52 <br />feet, a concrete marker; <br />Thence S 89 Degrees 16 M.in. W continuing along <br />said North Boundary Line of said highway a distance of <br />348. 6 feet a stake for corner; <br />Thence N 0 Degrees 48 Minutes W a distance of <br />151. 3 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br />Thence N 89 Degrees 16 Minutes E a distance of <br />9. 8 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br />Thence N 0 Degrees 48 Minutes E a distance of <br />170. 4 feet to a stake for corner in the South Boundary Line <br />of existing F. M. Hwy. 1507; <br />Thence N 89 Degrees 16 Minutes E along the South <br />Boundary Line of said Hwy. a distance of 390 feet to the <br />place of beginning and containing 2. 908 acres of land. <br />
