Being described in accordance with an actual survey made on the ground by R. S. Chaney, Registered Professional Engineer No. 15688, State of Texas, on the 20th day of April, 1974. Being a part of Lot 5, City Block 188E. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
