ORDINANCE NO. 2006 <br />AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE <br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIR ECTING THE <br />MAYOR TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING, <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS: <br />Section l. That on the 8th day of March, 1971, at 7:00 <br />o'clock P. M., in the City Council Room of the City Hall of <br />the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, the City Council will hold a <br />public hearing giving all interested persons the right to <br />appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of <br />Paris, Paris, Texas, of the following described property: <br />Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas, <br />and described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the South <br />East Right of Way Lin e of FM Highway 195 with the North <br />East City Limit Line, said line being 600 feet North <br />from and parallel to the centerline of the existing <br />traffic lane of Loop Highway No. 286 N. E., which is <br />the outside traffic lane of the proposed four lane di- <br />vided Loop Highway 286 N. E.; <br />THENCE in a Northeasterly direction along the <br />South Ea.st R. O. W. Line of said FM Highway 195 a <br />distance of 6400 feet more or less to the point of <br />intersection with the South West R.O.W. Line of a <br />county road; <br />THFINCE in a Southeasterly direction with said <br />R. O. W. Line of said county road a distance of 240 <br />feet, more or less; <br />THENCE South along said R. O. W. Line a distance <br />of 850 feet, more or less; <br />THENCE East along the South R. O. W. Line of a <br />county road a distance of 2900 feet, more or less, to <br />a point in the East Boundary Line of property belonging <br />to Grady Todd; <br />THENC E South along said East Boundary Line a dis- <br />tance of 2520 feet, more or less, to a point in the <br />North Boundary Line of the D. Welch Headright Survey, <br />Abstract No. 1013; <br />THENC E East with said North Boundary Line of D. <br />Welch Survey a distance of 2100 feet, more or less, to <br />the Northeast Corner of D. Welch Survey; <br />THENCE South along East Boundary Line of D. Welch <br />Headright Survey, passing at 400 feet, more or less, <br />to the S. E. Corner of said survey, same being the <br />N. E. Corner of Enoch Crow Headxight Survey Abstract <br />No. 208, and continuing South along East Boundary Line <br />of said Enoch Crow Survey in all a distance of 3570 <br />feet, more or less, to a point in the South Right of <br />Way Line of a county road known as Pine Mill Road; <br />THENCE in an Easterly direction along the South <br />Right of Way of said county road a distance of 1750 <br />feet, more or less, to the point of intersection with <br />the West Right of Way Line of a county road known as <br />the Old Mansfield Road; <br />
