ORDINANCE NO. 2006 AN ORDINANCE SETTING A DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIR ECTING THE MAYOR TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS: Section l. That on the 8th day of March, 1971, at 7:00 o'clock P. M., in the City Council Room of the City Hall of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, the City Council will hold a public hearing giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, of the following described property: Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas, and described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the South East Right of Way Lin e of FM Highway 195 with the North East City Limit Line, said line being 600 feet North from and parallel to the centerline of the existing traffic lane of Loop Highway No. 286 N. E., which is the outside traffic lane of the proposed four lane di- vided Loop Highway 286 N. E.; THENCE in a Northeasterly direction along the South Ea.st R. O. W. Line of said FM Highway 195 a distance of 6400 feet more or less to the point of intersection with the South West R.O.W. Line of a county road; THFINCE in a Southeasterly direction with said R. O. W. Line of said county road a distance of 240 feet, more or less; THENCE South along said R. O. W. Line a distance of 850 feet, more or less; THENCE East along the South R. O. W. Line of a county road a distance of 2900 feet, more or less, to a point in the East Boundary Line of property belonging to Grady Todd; THENC E South along said East Boundary Line a dis- tance of 2520 feet, more or less, to a point in the North Boundary Line of the D. Welch Headright Survey, Abstract No. 1013; THENC E East with said North Boundary Line of D. Welch Survey a distance of 2100 feet, more or less, to the Northeast Corner of D. Welch Survey; THENCE South along East Boundary Line of D. Welch Headright Survey, passing at 400 feet, more or less, to the S. E. Corner of said survey, same being the N. E. Corner of Enoch Crow Headxight Survey Abstract No. 208, and continuing South along East Boundary Line of said Enoch Crow Survey in all a distance of 3570 feet, more or less, to a point in the South Right of Way Line of a county road known as Pine Mill Road; THENCE in an Easterly direction along the South Right of Way of said county road a distance of 1750 feet, more or less, to the point of intersection with the West Right of Way Line of a county road known as the Old Mansfield Road;
