That the <br />Committee found that each of the hereinafter listed structures <br />was in such state of deterioration an d dilapidation as to <br />create a serious fire hazard to life and property,and that <br />each of said buildings was dilapidated and was dangerous to <br />life and property and dangerous structures to life and proper- <br />ty. That the owners of the property appeared before the <br />Committee and requested time to repair the structures. That <br />it was the recommendation of the Committee that the structures <br />be condemned or repaired and that the respective owners there- <br />of be given the time to abate said nuisance by repair or re- <br />moval as is set out in connection with each of such addresses, <br />as follows : <br />1387 <br />7th <br />Street, <br />N. <br />W. <br />June 30, <br />1971 <br />1010 5th <br />Street, <br />S. <br />E. <br />June 30, <br />1971 <br />121 <br />8th <br />Street, <br />N. <br />E. <br />June 30, <br />1971 <br />151 <br />East <br />Center <br />Str <br />eet <br />June 30, <br />1971 <br />421 <br />East <br />Provine <br />St <br />reet <br />December <br />31, 1971 <br />433 <br />llth <br />Street, <br />N. <br />E. <br />December <br />31, 1971 <br />435 <br />llth <br />Street, <br />N. <br />E. <br />December <br />31, 1971 <br />and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard <br />Inspection Committee filed with the City Clerk of the City of <br />Paris on the 25th day of February, 1971; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Building Hazard <br />Inspection Committee fixed a date for hearing on the resolution <br />referred to the Committee by the City Council on April 13, 1970, <br />and that said Committee fixed said hearing at 9:00 o'clock A. M., <br />on the 22nd day of May, 1970, and the hearing was had thereon. <br />That at said hearing the followin g items were passed to the next <br />meeting of the Buildin g Hazard Inspection Committee, which did <br />meet on February 19, 1971: <br />848 72th Street, N. E. <br />1230 Hickozy Street (2 houses) <br />and the structures were again found to be in a state of deteriora- <br />tion and dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life <br />and property, and that each of said buildings was dilapidated <br />axxd was dangerous to life and property and dangerous structures <br />to life and property. It is further found that the condition of <br />the premises and structures involved were such that the <br />Committee recommended to the City Council that they be declared <br />a nuisance and that the owners thereof be ordered by the City <br />Council to tear down and remove the same from the lots involved, <br />and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard <br />Inspection Committee filed with the City Clerk of the City cf <br />Paris on the 25th day of February, 1971; and, <br />
