That the Committee found that each of the hereinafter listed structures was in such state of deterioration an d dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and property,and that each of said buildings was dilapidated and was dangerous to life and property and dangerous structures to life and proper- ty. That the owners of the property appeared before the Committee and requested time to repair the structures. That it was the recommendation of the Committee that the structures be condemned or repaired and that the respective owners there- of be given the time to abate said nuisance by repair or re- moval as is set out in connection with each of such addresses, as follows : 1387 7th Street, N. December 31, 1971 and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard Inspection Committee filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris on the 25th day of February, 1971; and, WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Building Hazard Inspection Committee fixed a date for hearing on the resolution referred to the Committee by the City Council on April 13, 1970, and that said Committee fixed said hearing at 9:00 o'clock A. M., on the 22nd day of May, 1970, and the hearing was had thereon. That at said hearing the followin g items were passed to the next meeting of the Buildin g Hazard Inspection Committee, which did meet on February 19, 1971: 848 72th Street, N. E. 1230 Hickozy Street (2 houses) and the structures were again found to be in a state of deteriora- tion and dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to life and property, and that each of said buildings was dilapidated axxd was dangerous to life and property and dangerous structures to life and property. It is further found that the condition of the premises and structures involved were such that the Committee recommended to the City Council that they be declared a nuisance and that the owners thereof be ordered by the City Council to tear down and remove the same from the lots involved, and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard Inspection Committee filed with the City Clerk of the City cf Paris on the 25th day of February, 1971; and,
