WHEFEAS, the City Council has fully heard and considered
<br />the testimony presented upon the hearing and a complete tran-
<br />script of the testimony reported by the Building Hazard
<br />Inspection Committee; NOW, THEREFORE,
<br />BE IT ORUAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />PARIS, TEXAS:
<br />Section 1. That the structures located at the following
<br />addresses:

<br />are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that
<br />they are dangerous to life and property, an d that the same con-
<br />stitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the re-
<br />spective owners are hereby ordered to abate such nuisance within
<br />thirty (30) days from the date hereof. The City Clerk is di-
<br />rected to furnish the owners a copy of this ar dinance, in the
<br />event the addresses of said owners are known, and in the event
<br />the respective owners refuse to comply with this ordinance, the
<br />City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, is hereby directed to proceed to
<br />enforce this ordinance by injunction in the District Court of
<br />Lamar County, Texas, as provided for in Ordinance No. 1470.
<br />Section 2. That the structures hereinafter enumerated
<br />are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in
<br />that they are dangerous to life and property, and that the same
<br />constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the re-
<br />spective owners are hereby ordered to abate such nuisances on
<br />or before the dates set out in connection with the addresses of
<br />each of such structures, as follows:
