11. Deliberate and act on a Resolution authorizing final payment and contract closeout with Spann Concrete Construction for the Peristyle Renovation Project in Bywaters Park. 12. Deliberate and act on a Resolution declaring certain personal property surplus and approving the sale of surplus property at a public auction. 13. Deliberate and act on a Resolution appointing members to the various Boards, Commissions and Committees of the City of Paris. 14. Deliberate and act on a Resolution electing the City to become eligible to participate in Tax Abatements and approving the Amended Guidelines and Criteria for Granting Tax Abatements in the City of Paris. 15. Deliberate on code enforcement liens. 16. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, Consultation with Attorney, to receive legal advice from the City Attorney about pending or contemplated litigation and/or on matters in which the duty of an attorney to his client under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas, clearly conflict with this chapter, to-wit: Ed Darnell v. Union Pacific Railroad and City of Paris, Texas; in the 6`h Judicial District Court of Lamar County, Texas; Cause No. 81476. 17. Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on those matters discussed in Executive Session. 18. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to Resolution No. 2004-081. 19. Adjournment.
