Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore establisl2d by <br />the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, <br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a <br />One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), be, and the same is <br />hereby established on a Part of Lot 8, City Block 266, on pro- <br />perty belongirg to Bass & Pettit, so as to include in such One- <br />Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), the hereinafter described <br />property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a <br />Planned Development District (PD), Community Unit Development <br />and Shopping Center, limited to that which could be placed with- <br />in a Neighborhood Service District (NS), and that the boundaries <br />of said One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3), be, and the <br />same are hereby established as follows: <br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of <br />Paris, County of Laamar and State of Texas, a part of the <br />Hiram Williaxns Survey, axid being all of a 0.51 acre tract <br />of land conveyed Selby Pierce by deed recorded in Vol. <br />409, Page 356, also being a part of a 5 acre tract of <br />land conveyed Selby Pierce by deed recorded in Vol. 336, <br />Page 628, also being a part of a 10.7 acre tract of land <br />conveyed Selby Pierce by deed recorded in Vol. 277, <br />Page 486, of the Deed Records of said County and State. <br />Beginnin g at a stake for corner in the North- <br />westerly Boundary Line of Farm Road 195 at the <br />Southwest corner of said 10.7 acre tract of land; <br />Thence North 51 Deg. East along the Northwesterly <br />Boundary Line of Farm Road 195 a distance of 431 ft. <br />to a stake at the Southwest corner of a 0.50 acre <br />tract of land conveyed W. T. Murphy by deed recorded <br />in Vol. 408, Page 477, of said Deed Records; <br />Thence North a distance of 204.5 ft. to a stake <br />at the Northwest corner of said Murphy tract of land; <br />Thence North 47 Degrees East 104 feet, more or <br />less, to a stake for corner; <br />Thence North 99 feet to the proposed North <br />Boundary Line of the extension of Hickory Street; <br />Thence West with the North Boundary Line of <br />Hickory Street to the South West Corner of Tract 1 <br />herein described; <br />Thence South 60 feet to a point for corner; <br />Thence South 88 Degrees 40 Minutes East 308 feet <br />to a point for corner; <br />Thence South 569 feet to the place of beginning. <br />Section 3. That the City IIzgineer of the City of Paris, <br />be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the <br />City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in <br />accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br />conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective imme- <br />diately upon passage. <br />
