DOOR FRAME and shall be fabricated from 16 gage galvanized <br />class G-60 or galvalume steel, mill bonderized. Floor and head <br />clips shall be 12 gage galvanized steel, factory installed. Hinge <br />reinforcements shall be 9 gage steel. All frames are mortised for <br />4 1/2" X 4 1/2" template hinges and universal striker plate. <br />Frames are standard finished white with grey primer. <br />3. HARDWARE shall consist of: (a) 1 1/2 pair full mortise hinges <br />per leaf (b) one key-in-knob cylindrical lockset (c) one aluminum <br />threshold (d) one astragal and one pair of surface'bolts per double <br />door. Weather stripping for jambs, head, and sill are required. <br />1.6.0 FRAMED OPENINGS IN WALLS <br />FRAMED OPENINGS IN WALLS shall normally be an opening framed <br />with 16 gage minimum, coldformed members, designed to meet the <br />specified loads. Openings shall be trimmed in accordance with <br />U.S.A.'s standard practices. <br />1.6.1 MISCELLANEOIIS <br />1. ANCHOR BOLTS shall be supplied by the manufacturer. Anchor <br />bolts shall not be less than the size and quantity shown on the <br />anchor bolt setting drawings. Anchor bolts shall be unpainted for <br />bonding with the concrete, and of sufficient capacity to properly <br />resist the governing reactions induced by the design loads on the <br />structure. Al1 anchor bolts are to be set in strict accordance <br />with manufactures drawings. Anchor bolts are designed in <br />accordance with AISC. Additional materials required for compliance <br />with other code bodies, such as shear angles and embeddment plates, <br />shall be supplied by the manufacturer. <br />1.6.2 ERECTION <br />1. ERECTION of the building systems shall be in accordance with <br />the appropriate erection drawings, erection guides and/or other <br />documents furnished by manufacturer. It shall be the erector's <br />responsibility to comply with all appropriate legal and safety <br />requirements. It shall be the erector's responsibility to <br />determine and provide any and all temporary bracing, shoring, <br />blocking, bridging, and/or securing of components, etc., as <br />required during erection of the building. <br />77 <br />
