(5) Tn Paragraph 7.1, in the second sentence, the <br />word "Mayor" is deleted, and "City Manager" is inserted in its <br />place. <br />(6) Paragraph 9.1.5 (2) shall be changed to read as <br />follows: <br />1fAny property owner for plumbing work to be done by <br />him in a building owned and occupied by him as his home." <br />(7) Paragraph 9.2.2 shall have added theretq imme- <br />diately after the last fee, the following : <br />I'That the above Table of Fees shall apply in the <br />event that application for permit is made prior to the beginning <br />of any plumbing work requiring a permit. That in the event any <br />plumbing work requiring a permit is commenced without having <br />procured a permit, as provided herein, then therealba or <br />fee, in addition to the above Table of Fees, of $0•50 per daY f <br />each day delayed in procuring said permit." <br />(8) Paragraph 12.1.4 shall have deleted therefrom <br />the first "X" to the right of Bituminized Sewer Pipe) which <br />when so deleted will eliminate the permissable use of <br />Bituminized Sewer Pipe for Building Sewer, Outside. <br />(g) Paragraph 13.2.6 shall be deleted. <br />(10) Paragraph 13.2.7 shall be deleted. <br />(11) Paragraph 13.2.13 shall be added immediately <br />after Paragraph 13.2.12, as follows: <br />1113.2.13 Cla Pi e Joint: Clay pipe joints shall be <br />premolded and must meet~ the requirements of ASTM C425-60T or <br />later revisions thereof." <br />(12) Paragraph 13.2.14 shall be added immediately <br />following Paragraph 13.2.13, as follows: <br />1113.2.14 Concrete Sewer Pipe Joints: Concrete sewer <br />pipe joints must contain rubber gaskets meeting ASTM C443 re- <br />quirements." <br />(13) Paragraph 15.1.1 a. shall be changed by deleting <br />the first sentence of the second paragraph, and the second <br />sentence shall be changed to read as follows: <br />t'Concrete grease traps shall be equipped with cast <br />iron fittings and shall be sized as follows:" <br />(14) Paragraph 19.4.3 shall be changed to read as <br />follows: <br />"19.4,3 Inaccessible Pip_es: Inaccessible water piping <br />in or under floor slabs shall be minimum weight Type L, or <br />better, copper tubing for residential construction and minimum <br />weight of Type K, or better, copper tubing for commercial in- <br />stallation. Copper piping shall be continuous through the floor, <br />having no fittings or joints below the surface of the floor." <br />
