ORDINANCE NO. 1968 AN ORDINANCE CONTAINING A HEARING ON PROPERTIFS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, BELONGING TO VARIOUS OWNERS, AND AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL FINDING THE MATERIALS RF1MAIN- ING IN THE PREMISFS TO CONSTITUTE A NUISANCE AND TO BE A FIRE HAZARD TO LIFE AND PROPERTY AND A HAZARD TO THE LIFE AND W.II.- FARE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA, AND ORDERING SAID RUBBISH, LUMB ER AND R EFUS E FROM TH E HOUS FS TO B E TORN DOWN AND R EMO VED FROM THE PRFMISFS, IN ORDER TO ABATE SUCH NUISANCE. WHEREAS, a public hearing was, on the 8th d.ay of June, 1970, called to order by the Mayor of the City of Paris, B. M. Felty, at 7:00 o'clock P. M., in the City Council Room, in the City of Paris, Texas; and, LVHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Building Hazard Inspection Committee fixed a date for hearing on the resolution referred to the Committee by the City Council on April 13, 1970, and that said Committee fixed said hearing at 9:00 o'clock A. M,, on the 22nd day of May, 1970, and the hearing was had thereon. That proper notice was given to the owner or owners of the structures located at the following addresses: 137 West Sherman Street Behind 604 West Sherman St. 514 Brown Ave. 903 Bonham St. 567 27th St., N.
