That at said hearing the Comm.ittee listed the structures in- <br />volved and introduced pictures of the various portions of the <br />structures and various portions of the premises involved. <br />That the Committee found that each of the above structu res <br />were in such state of deterioration and dilapidation as to <br />create a serious fire hazard to life and property and that <br />each of said buildings was dilapidated and was dangerous to <br />life and property and dangerous structures to life and pro- <br />perty. That said buildings are in such a state of dilapida- <br />tion and decay that none of said structures are capable of <br />repair. It is further found that the condition of the pre- <br />mises and structures involved were such that the Committee <br />recommended to the City Council that they be declared a nui- <br />sance and that the owners thereof be ordered by the City <br />Council to tear down and remove the same from the lots in- <br />volved. That said Committee filed a complete report of its <br />hearing and its findings with the City Clerk of the City of <br />Par is on the 29th day of May, 1970; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that proper no- <br />tice was given to the owner or owners of the structures here- <br />inafter listed. That at said hearin g on the 22nd day of May, <br />1970, the Committee listed the structures involved and intro- <br />duced pictures of the various portions of the structures and <br />various portions of the premises involved. That the Committee <br />found that each of the hereinafter listed structures was in <br />such state of deterioration an d dilapidation as to create a <br />serious fire hazard to life an d property, and that each of <br />said buildings was dilapidated and was dangerous to life and <br />property and dangerous structures to life and property. That <br />the owners of the property appeared before the Committee and <br />requested time to repair the structures. That it was the re- <br />commendation of the Committee that the structures be condemned <br />or repaired and that the respective owners thereof be given <br />the time to abate said nuisance by repair or removal as is set <br />out in connection with each of such addresses, as follows: <br />957 <br />8th <br />St., N. <br />W. <br />July 31, <br />1970 <br />836 <br />72th <br />St., N. <br />E. <br />September <br />30, <br />1970 <br />1419 <br />Bel <br />mont St. <br />December <br />31, <br />1970 <br />1285 <br />15t <br />h St., S <br />. E. <br />December <br />31, <br />1970 <br />1430 <br />6th <br />St., S. <br />E. <br />December <br />31, <br />1970 <br />1116 <br />5th <br />St., S. <br />E. <br />December <br />31, <br />1970 <br />506 <br />East <br />Sherman <br />St. <br />December <br />31, <br />1970 <br />and it is so stated in the report of the Building Hazard <br />Inspection Committee filed with the City Clerk of the City of <br />Paris on the 29th day of May, 1970; and, <br />W',IEREAS, notwithstanding the above, the owner of 506 Ea.st <br />Sherman Street, which was recommended by the Building Hazard <br />Inspection Committee to be torn down immediately, was given un- <br />til December 31, 1970, to complete repairs of the building lo- <br />cated thereon in such a manner that it would no longer be a <br />dangerous structure to life and property, and if said repairs <br />are not made in the time allotted that the same shall be finally <br />condem ned, declared a nuisance and ordered to be removed, and <br />the same was moved from the first above list to the second above <br />list; and, <br />
