LVHEREAS, the City Council has fully heard and considered the testimony presented upon the hearing and a complete tran- script of the testimony reported by the Building Hazard Inspection Committee; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PAR I S, T EXAS ; Section 1. That the structures located at the following addresses: 137 West Sherman Street Behind 604 West Sherman St. 514 Brown Ave. 903 Bonham St. 567 27th St., N. W. 500 Block of 27th St., N. W. 1502 West Long St. 1100 Block of 15th St., N. W. 1224 West Long St. Between West Long and West Garrett Streets, 1409 7th St., N. W. 1001 7th St., N. W. 787 West Campbell St. 903 3rd St., N. W. 543 Craigo Al1ey 1050 2nd St., N. E. 1636 14th St., N. E. 1431 12th St., N. E. 1441 12th St., N. E. 1451 11th St., N. E. 1038 Blake Road 1206 Blake Road 1601 Blake Road 1619 Fairfax St. 1243 14th St., S. E. 939 Jackson St. 420 East Oak St. 1013 South Main St. 940 West Campbell St. 2000 Block of 4th St., S. W. 700 Block are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life and property, and that the same consti- tute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such nuisances within thirty (30) days from the date hereof. The City Clerk is directed to furnish the oumers a copy of this ordinance, in the event the ad- dresses of said owners are known, and in the event the respective owners refuse to comply with this ordinance, the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, is hereby directed to proceed to enforce this or- dinance by injunction in the District Court of Lamar County, Texas, as provided for in Ordinance No. 1470. Section 2. That the structures hereinafter enumerated are a nuisance, and they are hereby declared a nuisance, in that they are dangerous to life and property, and that the same constitute a fire hazard to life and property, and that the respective owners are hereby ordered to abate such nuisances on or before the dates set out in connection with the addresses of each of such struc- tures, as follows:
