BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS : Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Planned Development District (PD), Community Unit Development, be, and the same is hereby established on a Part of Lot City Block 313, on property belonging to J. L. Jopling, so as to include in such Planned Development District (PD), Community Unit Development, the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an Agricultural District (A), and that the boundaries of said Planned Development District (PD), Community Unit Development, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated partly in the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Laznar and State of Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, and being a part of a 25.68 acre tract of land conveyed to Julian L. Jopling by deed recorded in Vol. 290, Page 581, also being a part of a 21.8 acre tract of land conveyed Julian L. Jopling by deed recorded in Vol. 309, Page 11 of the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas. Beginning at a stake for a corner in the North Boundary Line of said 25.68 acre tract of land at the East Boundary Line of Loop 286; Thence South 88 Deg. 35 Min. East a distance of 767 ft. to a post at the Northeast corner of said 25.68 acre tract of land; being Thence South 1 Deg. 08 Min. West at 925 ft., the Northeast corner ofsaid 21.8 acre tract of land, ccntinuing on a distance of 189 ft. a stake for a corner; Thence North 88 Deg. 35 Min. West 396 ft. a stake in the East Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286; Thence North along the East Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286 as follows: North 19 Deg. 27 Min. West 181 ft., North 17 Deg. 47 Min. West 500 ft., North 16 Deg. 07 Min. West a distance of 500 ft. to the place of beginning and containing 15.3 acres more or less. Being a Part of Lot 5, City Block 313.
