Section 2. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Planned Development District (PD), Shopping Center, be, and the same is hereby established on a Part of Lot 5, City Block 313, on property belonging to J. L. Jopling, so as to include in such Planned Development District (PD), Shopping Center, the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as an Agricultural District (A), and that the boundaries of said Planned Development District (PD), Shopping Center, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated partly in the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, and being a part of a 25.68 acre tract of land conveyed to Julian L. Jopling by deed recorded in Vol. 290, Page 581, also being a part of a 21.8 acre tract of land conveyed Julian L. Jopling by deed recorded in Vol. 309, Page 11 of the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas. Beginning at a stake for a corner in the East Boundary Line of the 21.8 acre tract of land and 189 ft. South 1 Deg. 08 Min. West of the Northeast corner of said 21.8 acre tract of land; Thence South 1 Deg. 08 Min. West 860 ft. to a stake for a corner in the East Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286; Thence along the Ea,st Boundary Line of Loop Highway 286 as follows: North 27 Deg. West 186 ft.; North 25 Deg. West 434 ft.; North 19 Deg. 27 Min. West 325 ft. to a stake for a corner; Thence South 88 Deg. 35 Min. East a distance of 396 ft. to the place of beginning. Being a Part of Lot 5, City Block 313. Section 3. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 4. Al1 ordinances and parts of cg dinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become eEfective imme- diately upon passage.
