<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO, 1710 OF THE
<br />CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ES-
<br />TABLISHFD BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br />PLANNED DEVEi.OPMENT DISTRICT (PD), COMMUNITY UNIT DEVELOPMENT
<br />AND SHOPPING CENTER, LIMITED TO THAT WHICH COULD BE PLACED
<br />WITHIN A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), ON LOT 81 CITY
<br />BLOCK 266, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO LOISE LILLIAN PIERCE, SO
<br />AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS AN
<br />ONE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING
<br />THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANIVED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD),
<br />COMM[TNITy UNIT DEVEI,OPMFIVT AND SHOPPING CENTER, LIMITED TO
<br />THAT WHICH COULD BE PLACED WITHIN A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE
<br />DISTRICT (NS), SO ESTABLISHED.
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
<br />PARIS, TEXAS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br />by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
<br />Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
<br />Planned Development District (PD), Community Unit Development,
<br />be, and the same is hereby established on a Part of Lot 82
<br />City Block 266, on property belonging to Loise Lillian Pierce,
<br />so as to include in such Planned Development District (PD),
<br />Community Unit Development, the hereinafter described property,
<br />which was formerly and is presently designated as an One-Family
<br />Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said
<br />Planned Development District (PD), Community Unit Development,
<br />be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br />Situated within the Corporate Limits of the City of
<br />Paris, County of Lamar and State of Texas, a part of
<br />Hiram Williams Survey, and bein g all of a 0.51 acre
<br />tract of land conveyed Selby Pierce by deed recorded
<br />in Vol. 409, Page 356, also being a part of a 5 acre
<br />tract of land conveyed Selby Pierce by deed recorded
<br />in Vol. 336, Page 628, also being a part o.f a 10.7
<br />acre tract of land conveyed Selby Pierce by deed re-
<br />corded in Vol, 277, page 486, of the Deed Records of
<br />said County and State.
<br />Beginning at a stake at the North West Corner of a
<br />0.50 acre tract of land conveyed W. T. Murphy by deed
<br />recorded in Vol. 408, Page 477, Deed Records, Lamar
<br />County, Texas, the same being 204.5 feet North of the
<br />North Boundary Line of Farm Road 195;
<br />Thence North 47 Deg. Ea.st a distance of 104 feet to
<br />a stake in the North East Corner of said Murphy tract
<br />of land;
<br />Thence North 1 Deg. East a distance of 600 feet to
<br />a stake for corner in the Ea.st Boundary Line of said
<br />10.07 acre tract of land;
<br />Thence North 63 Deg. West along the South Boundary
<br />Line of Loop 286 a distance o.f 599 feet to a stake at
<br />the North Corner of said 0.51 acre tract of land;
<br />Thence South 23 Deg. West a distance of 501 feet
<br />to a stake in the West Boundary Line of said 5 acre
<br />tract of land;
