Thence South a distance of 381 feet to a stake at the South West Corner of said 5 acre tract of land; Thence South 88 Deg. 40 Min. East a distance of 308 feet to a stake in the South Ea,st Corner of said 5 acre tract of land; Thence South 101 feet to a stake for corner; Thence South 88 Deg. 40 Min.
