The city should insist <br />these standards be adhered to strictly in the design and construction of any future pools. <br />Further, operator training over such things as chlorine and other chemical usage, pool <br />filtering and backwash, cleaning, and electrical controls is a necessity. An operations and <br />maintenance manual for pools is highly recommended. <br />C.
