15. Will comply with environmental standards which may 6e prescribed pursuant to the following: (a) institution of environmental quality conhol measures under the National Emiroomental Policy Act of 1969 (P. L. 91-1900) and Executive Order (80) 11514; (b) protection ofwetlands pursuan[ to EO 11990; (c) evaluation of flood hazards in flood plains in accordance with EO 11988; (d) assurance of project consistency with the approved State managcment program dcvcloped under the Coastal Zone Management Ac[ of 1972 (16 U.SC 1451 et seqJ; (e) conforsnity of Federal actions to S[ate (Clean Air) Implementation Plans under Section 176(c) of the Clean Air Act of 1955, as amended (42 U.S.C. § 7401 et seq.); and (f) pmtection of endangered species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended, (P.L. 93-205). 16. Will comply with the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act of 1966 (16 U.S.C. 127 et seq.) related to protecting components or potential components of the national wild and scenic rivers system. 17. W ill assist the Department in assuring compliance with Texas Antiquities Code (Rev. 9-1-87). 18. Will cause to be performcd the required financial and wmpliance audi[s in accordance with the Single Audit Act of 1984. 19. Will comply with al] provisions of the "Summary of Guidelines for Administration of Local Park Grant Assistance Projects". 20. Will comply with all applicable requirements of all other State and Federal laws, regula[ions and policies goveming this program.
