Historic Plaza and Square Renovation <br /> Paris, Texas <br /> <br />Larry Irsik is a principal in the finn. He joined ARCHITEXAS in July 1985 and directs the firm's Austin <br />office. He also has experience in renovation and interior projects such as the Grapevine Convention & <br />Visitors Bureau Offices and the Grapevine City Hall in Grapevine, Texas; the restoration of the Hill County <br />Courthouse and the Ellis County Courthouse. Mr. Irsik received his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1985 <br />from Kansas State University, College of Architecture and Design. Mr. Irsik was previously employed at <br />Arrowstreet Inc. in Boston. Massachusetts, and while there, taught an architectural design studio at the Boston <br />Architectural Center. Mr. Irsik is a registered architect in the state of Massachusetts and Texas (pending). <br /> <br />Richard Martratt is a associate in the finn. Having worked for a number of different finns as well as <br />having been in private practice, Mr. Martratt brings a wide range of experience and talent to <br />ARCHITEXAS. Graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas during the <br />tenure of Dean Alan Tanaguchi, Mr. Martratt has wide experience in all phase of architecture and <br />construction, including representing the Greenville Independent School District as both Architect and <br />Construction Manager for the renovation and addition to Greenville's original high school designed in <br />1949 by Preston Gerin. Mr. Martratt brings a high level of technical expertise in all aspects of <br />architectural practice. He is a registered architect in the State of Texas. <br /> <br />Nancy McCoy is an Associate in the finn. She joined ARCH1TEXAS in September of 1997 and directs <br />projects for the finn. Ms. McCoy's experience in historic preservation includes eleven years in New York <br />City, seven of which were in the employ of Ehrenkrantz & Eckstut Architects where she directed restoration <br />and adaptive use projects including the restoration of the U.S. Custom House and the installation of the <br />Museum of the American Indian, the Department of the Interior in Washington, DC and Union Station in <br />Kansas City. Ms. McCoy received her Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University, a <br />Master of Architecture and a Master of Science in historic preservation from Columbia University.
