Historic Plaza and Square Renovation <br /> <br />Paris, Texas <br /> <br />MESA Design <br /> <br />Principal in Charge <br />Tary Arterburn is one of the founding principals. He has been responsible for directing the growth of <br />the company over the last seventeen years. In addition to management skills, Mr. Arterburn has a strong <br />background in design and has successfully worked in a range of scales from master planning to minute <br />design. He has completed projects such as Quorum Park, Providence Towers and the Lakeside on <br />Preston planned community in Texas as well as Tower City Center mixed use complex in Cleveland. <br />He has served on the City of Dallas Urban Design Task Force, the Public Art Committee and participates <br />as an adjunct professor at the University of Texas at Arlington. <br /> <br />Principal <br />Robin McCaffrey is responsible for the firm's planning and architectural services. Planning projects <br />range from private sector developments such as City View Town Center in Fort Worth to Arvida's Twin <br />Creeks residential in Allen, to public/private developments such as the Farmers Market Area <br />revitalization to public such as Fair Park Master Plan. Architectural commissions include housing <br />developments and single residences to institutional facilities such as the Dallas Museum of Natural <br />History. Mr. McCaffery assisted in the preparation of the master plan for the Fair Park Esplanade and <br />has recently completed the master plan for the downtown revitalization plan for Grand Prairie, both with <br />ARCHITEXAS. <br /> <br />Senior Project Manager <br />Chip lmpastato is responsible for project administration and deign for a board spectrum of large scale <br />projects. Mr. lmpastato has managed numerous projects including ASLA award winning work, <br />Freedman's Cemetery, where he worked extensively with the City of Dallas and federal staff and <br />officials. Other public sector work include Keist and Fretz Park Master Planning in Dallas and Trail <br />Preserve in Tennessee. Mr. Impastato has also managed private developments projects including hike <br />and bike trails and outdoor activity center through environmentally sensitive creek areas at Mountain <br />Valley Country Club Estates in Burleson, Texas. <br /> <br />ARCHITEXAS Teattt <br /> <br /> <br />
