MR. ROBIN MC CAFFREY Mr. Robin McCaffrey, one of the principals of MESA Design Group, is responsible for the firm's planning and architectural services. Responsibilities include definition of the firm's planning and architectural services. Projects accomplished have brought the firm many awards from AL4. NAHB, US Dept. HUD, APA and other local service organizations along with critical acclaim from professional journals, local press, and university pubhcaaons and national recognition. ~ Planning projects range from private sector developments such as City View Town Center in Ft Worth to Arvida 's Twin Creeks residential in Allen, to public/private developments such as the Dallas Farmers Market Area revitalization to public such as Fair Park Master Plan[ Architectural commissions include housing 'developments and single residences, to institutio/~al faciliti, es such the .Dallas Museum of Natural History and commercial such as Twin Creeks golf center in Allen, Texas or Bicentennial Park Tennis Center in $outhlake, Texas. The largest part of private sector planning work hns focused on various aspects of residential development. including planning, land development design, product design, design controls/enforcement, organizational requirements for implementations, builder programs, as well as interfacing with public policy issues and regulations. Prior to his involvement with MESA, Mr. McCaffrey served as president of Needham- McCaffrey Associates. Inc. since ~982. Robin has also worked as a principal for the cities of Plano, Dallas. and San Antonio, Texas. Mr. McCaffrey's design experience, drawn from both the public and private sectors, provides the firm's clients a unique approach to architeciure and planning services.
