MR. CHIP I'MPASTATO, <br /> <br /> Mr. lmpastato, one of the senior project <br /> managers of MESA Design Group, is <br /> rest~onsible for project administrat!on and <br />design for a broad spectrum of large scale <br />projects within the firm including Ericsson <br />Village Campus, Legacy. Texas; Four <br />Seasons Resort & Club, Irving, Texas; and . <br />Fontainebleau State Park, Mandeville, <br />· 'Louisiana. <br /> <br />Mr. Impastato has managed numerous <br />projects, both locally-and nationally. <br />Recent projects include ASLA award <br />winning work, Freedman's Cemetery, <br />where Chip worked extensively with the <br />City of Dallas and federal staff and <br />officials. Other public sector work <br />includes Keist and Fretz Park Ma}ter- <br />Planning in Dallas, Texas, Grimes Park in <br />DeSoto, Texas, and Tipton County Nature <br />Center and Trail Preserve in Tenn, essee. <br /> <br />Chip has also 'managed private <br />development projects including hike and <br />bike trails and outdoor activity center <br />through environmentally sensitive creek <br />areas at Mountain Valley Country Club <br />Estates in Burleson, Texas. <br /> <br />-Prior to joining MESA, Mr. Impastato <br />served as a project manager with Carter <br />& Burgess in Dallas. Chip has 'also <br />worked .as a project manager for Nuszer <br />Kopatx Urban Design Associates, in <br />Denver, where he helped in the multi <br />family market. <br /> <br /> Mr. Impastato's design management and <br /> organizational skills provide the firm's <br /> clients a reliable and proficient point of <br /> contact and project manager. <br /> <br /> <br />
