Statement of Qualifications <br /> <br />Paul Knippel, P.E. <br />Civil Engineer <br />Plr. Knippel has more than nine years of experience including the planning, analysis, design and <br />management of a wide range of general civil engineering projects. He has successfully completed <br />projects involving paving, water distribution, wastewater collection and storm water drainage <br />systems. He is familiar with a range of analysis and design software, including the KYPipe, HEC- I <br />and HEC-2 packages. <br /> <br />Azeem Yasin, P.E. <br />Structural Engineer <br />M r. Yasin has almost 20 years of experience across a broad range of structural engineering practice, <br />having been involved in design and project management from initial design development to final <br />construction phase. He has performed structural design analysis of projects of concrete/steel, such <br />as box culverts, diversion structures, drainage facilities, commercial high-rise buildings, parking <br />structures, industrial facilities and bridges. He has also completed design for several design/build <br />projects. He has also performed scope of work evaluation, existing structural conditions <br />investigation, construction observation at various phases and assisted owners and architects during <br />all phases of construction. <br /> <br />Tom Mayer, P.E. <br />Manager, Electrical/Mechanical Services <br />Mr. Player has 13 years of experience across a broad range of electrical engineering practice. He <br />has provided design for power, lighting, communications and alarm systems for administrative, <br />warehouse, and electronic research and development facilities, as well as for medium-voltage <br />underground and aerial distribution systems. These project assignments have included preparation <br />of design reports and calculations, plans, specifications and cost estimates, as well as shop drawing <br />review, project and manpower scheduling, and budgeting. He has also served as director and <br />coordinator for the Quality Assurance program at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore <br />District, and as a fadlitator for a Construction Quality I~lanagement course, as well as providing in- <br />house review of designs submitted by consulting Architect~Engineer firms. <br /> <br />Marvin Hecht, P.E. <br />Senior Mechanical Engineer <br />Plr. Hecht has more than 30 years of experience as a mechanical engineer, encompassing design <br />of HVAC and mechanical systems for a wide variety of projects including transportation, computer, <br />communications, health care, scientific, educational, recreational and military facilities throughout <br />the United States and abroad. He has provided project management for medium to large projects <br />and has a proven track record as a team leader, having provided administrative and technical <br />direction to teams of engineers and designers in both mechanical and electrical engineering <br />disdplines. Plr.
