Statement of Qualifications <br /> <br />Paul Holmes, P.E., RPLS <br />Fort Worth Office Manager <br />Hr. Holmes has more than 30 years of experience in civil engineering and surveying, performing <br />studies, detailed design, construction oversight, construction management and quality assurance <br />assignments. His design and project management experience encompasses paving and drainage <br />projects such as streets and major roadways; municipal wastewater treatment plants and sludge <br />disposal facilities; underground fuel storage and pumping facilities; and relocation of wet and dry <br />utilities, including water and sanitary sewer lines, storm sewers, gas pipelines, power distribution <br />lines and communication facilities. In the environmental arena, he managed a U.S. Army Corps of <br />Engineers (Tulsa District) Indefinite Delivery contract which included preparation of environmental <br />assessments, development of asbestos and lead-based paint management plans and remedial <br />investigations. He has also provided design for remediation of a former refinery site as well as <br />quality assurance review for Phase I and II ESAs. He is experienced in scheduling, budgeting, and <br />management of and coordination with subconsultants. <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />Doug Mikeworth, P.E. <br />Manager, Civil Engineering <br />Mr. Mikeworth's has 18 years of professional civil engineering experience including design, project <br />management and construction administration for a wide variety of proiects, including water supply <br />and distribution systems, wastewater treatment plants, wastewater collection systems, storm <br />drainage and detention systems, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, street and thoroughfare new <br />designs and improvement/rehabilitation, railroads, residential, commercial and industrial land <br />development. His experience on such projects ranges from initial planning, to final PS&E, to <br />construction management. <br /> <br />Van Stevens, P.E. <br />Senior Civil Engineer <br />Mr. Stevens offers significant experience in all phases of project development including <br />management, design and administration. As a Project Engineer and Deputy Chief Design Engineer <br />for the City of Fort Worth Department of Public Works for I I years, he gained extensive <br />experience in engineering design, planning, quality assurance and supervisory design coordination. <br />He has supervised engineering efforts on many capital improvement projects related to roadways, <br />including bridges, paving, drainage analysis and structures, utility modifications, light structures and <br />traffic control signals. He has also served as Project Manager for site, utility, water, wastewater and <br />drainage projects related to roadway, highway, mass transit and commuter rail line facilities. He <br />is familiar with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and TNRCC review and permitting procedures.
