Historic Plaza and Square Renovation ______-.. <br />Paris, Texas <br /> <br />Grapevine Downtown Revitalization Consultation - Grapevine, Texas 1989- Current <br />For the City of Grapevine, ARCHITEXAS has provided historic preservation consultation for the <br />revitalization of the downtown historic commercial district. The district extends six blocks along Main <br />Street and is characterized by one and two story masonry commercial buildings with a period of <br />significance dating from 1885-1930. This plan analyzed conditions and opportunities for <br />redevelopment in this mixed commercial and residential district which over the years, had lost <br />prominence as "downtown Oak Cliff".
