Historic Plaza and Square Renovation <br /> <br />Paris, Texas <br /> <br />Farmers Market Master Plan - Dallas, Texas <br /> <br />1978 - Completed <br /> <br />The City of Dallas, Planning Department, Urban Plans Division, as part of the bond program development <br />process, analyzed and made recommendations for the improvements to the Farmers Market facilities in <br />southeast downtown Dallas. As urban planner, Gary Skotnicki undertook the effort to plan for the growth <br />and enhancement of the facilities and grounds, dealing in large part with issues of traffic, parking, <br />pedestrian safety, expansion and character. The plan was composed of thirteen "building blocks" for <br />revitalization based upon an economic analysis and strategy.
