40 Operator must maintain uniformed personnel on full <br />time duty f rom 8:00 A. M. to 5:00 P. M., seven days <br />a week, and be on call for reasonable requests at <br />night and on holidays. <br />5. Operator must provide suitable aircraf t parking and <br />tie~down areas and the demonstrated capability to <br />efficiently and safely move aircraft to such areas <br />and store them in compliance with local regulations. <br />Storage and tie-down fees to be approved by the City <br />of Paris, Texas, <br />6, Operator must install adequate grounding rods at <br />all fueling locations to eliminate the hazards of <br />static electricity. <br />7. Operator must provide the necessary equiPment to <br />clean up all fueling areas, and it is the responsi~ <br />bility of the operator to daily check that no debris <br />accumulates which would tend to cause a fire hazard, <br />8. All fueling will be performed in areas so designated <br />by the City of Paris, <br />d. FLIGHT TRAINING ACTIVITIES. <br />l. Operator must provide on a full time basis personnel <br />and equipment appropriate to the types of training <br />planned. <br />2. Operator must make available a numbex of aircraft of <br />specific type, compatible with proposed training. <br />3. Operator must provide c]assroom space for ground <br />school training, <br />4. Operator must meet certification requirements of the <br />F.A.A. to conduct the proposed training. <br />e. AIRCRAFT CHARTER AND TAXIo <br />1. Operator must provide assurance of the availability <br />of suitable aircraft, with qualified operators, <br />ready to depart within a specified maximum notice <br />period of twelve hours, <br />2. Operator must provide satisfactory arrangements for <br />checking passengers, handling luggage, ticketing and <br />ground transportation, <br />f. CROP DUSTING AND SPRAYING. <br />1. Operator must make suitable arrangements for the <br />saf e storage and containment of noxious chemical <br />material, <br />2. Operator must provide aircraft suitably equipped <br />for agricultural operations with adequate safe. <br />guards against spillage on runways and taxiways, <br />or dispersal by wind f orce to other operational <br />areas of the airport. <br />
