<br />FUSE FROM THE HOUSES TO BE TORN DOtn]N AND REMOVED FROM THE PRE«»
<br />MISES, IN ORDER TO ABATE SUCH NUISANCE.
<br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was, on the 8th day ofJuly, 1968,
<br />called to order by the Mayor of the City of Paris, James R. Moore,
<br />at 7:00 o'clock P. M,, in the City Council Room, i.n the City of
<br />Faris, Texas; and,
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Building Hazard
<br />Inspection Committee fixed a date for hearing on the resolution
<br />referred to the Committee by the City Council on February 12,
<br />1968, and that said Committee fixed said hearing at 10:00 o'clock
<br />A. M,, on the 21st day of June, 1968, and the hearing was had
<br />thereon. That proper notice was given to the owner or owners of
<br />the structures located at the following addressess

<br />That at said hearing the Committee listed the structures involved
<br />and introduced pictures of the various portions of the structures
<br />and various portions of the premises involved. That the Committee
<br />found that each of the above structures was in such state of de.
<br />terioration and dilapidation as to create a serious fire hazard to
<br />life and property and that each of said buildiM s was dilapidated
<br />and was dangerous to lif e and property and dangerous structures to
<br />life and property. That said buildings are in such a state of di-
<br />lapidation and decay that none of said structures are capable of
<br />repair. It is further found that the condLtion of the premises
<br />and structures involved were such that the Committee recommended
<br />to the City Council that they be declared a nuisance and that the
<br />ownE~rs thereof be ordered by the City Council to tear down and re-
<br />move the same from the lots involved. That said Committee filed a
<br />complete report of its hearing and its findings with the City Clerk
<br />of the City of Faris on the 26th day of June, 1968; and,
