Owner's representative who shall be capable of and have authority to make <br />decisions and communicate with the CONTRACTOR to resolve any problems which <br />arise during the project. <br /> <br />The City shall make payment to the CONTRACTOR within 20 working days after <br />receipt of a mutually agreed to invoice for the completed project. <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />The contractor will be responsible for and shall have included in his unit price bid <br />for the appropriate item; <br /> <br />Equipment required to accomplish the project in a workman-like manner. All equipment <br />shall be in good working order such that downtime is minimized. <br /> <br />b. Properly trained personnel capable of performing assigned tasks. <br /> <br />c. Adequate number of personnel to provide a first class product. <br /> <br />Adequate number of dump trucks to remove salvaged asphalt pavement (millings) and <br />furnish HMAC to the paving operations, thereby minimizing non-productive time. <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall deliver salvaged asphalt (millings) to the Public Works Yard <br />located at 655 West Center Street. The city will keep the storage pile pushed-up such <br />that the dump trucks will only be required to dump at the designated location with a <br />minimal amount of maneuvering. <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR and City shall work together to accomplish a first class completed <br />project. It is intended that the Owner's representative will direct the work and the <br />contractor work cooperatively to accomplish the work as requested with compensation <br />to the contractor in accordance with the unit pdce bid for each particular item. <br /> <br /> <br />
