the City of Paris for their burial or coverage at the Sanitary Land Fill on the <br />basis of the quantity, type or condition of said waste, based upon the extra <br />time necessary to bury and cover the same. <br />5ection 3. The Department of Public Works of the City of Paris is hereby <br />required to keep a record of the number of cubic yards delivered by each <br />hauler for hire or each flw,the lst and lOth day ofeeach monthn,and all bills <br />each hauler or owner between <br />furnished to the hauler or owner shall be due and payable on or before the 20th <br />day of each month. <br />That in the event any hauler or owner fails and refuses to pay the amount <br />of the bill furnished to him on or before the 20th day of each month, he shall <br />be denied the use of the Sanitary Land Fill thereafter until such bill is paid. <br />Section 4. All ordinances in conflict herewi.th are hereby repealed. <br />Section 5. The effective date of this ordinance shall be January 1, 1965. <br />Passed and adopted this 14th day of Decemb'er, .
