BE IT l7RDAIN_ED BY THE CITY COTJNCIL OF THE CITY C7F PARISp TEXAS: Section 1. That on the 27th day of June9 A. D., 1966, at 7:00 :)zclock P. M.9 in the City Council Chamher of the City Hall of the City of Paris, Texas, the City Council wi.ll hold a public hearing to give a11 interested persons the right to app2ar and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of Paris.? Texas, of the fol.lowi_ng described property9 to-wit: Situated in the County of Lamar and State flf Texas, and b-ing a part of the I. Cruise Survey, and being located West of the Gordon Cuuntry Club Road and North of the Old Bonham Road, and described as follows: Beginning at a point at the intersection of the present City Limit Line and the East Boundary Line of the Gordon Laks Road; Thence North with the East Boundary Line of the Gordon Lake Road, approximately 1972 feet to the intersection of the E. B. Line of the Gordon Lake Road and the N. B. Line of the Oxd Bonham Road; Thence West with the North Boundary Line of the Old Bonham Road, ap?roxima.tely 690 feet to the present City Limit Line. Section Z. That the M,ayor of the City of Paris, Texas is hereby au- thorized and directed to cause notice of such public hearing to be published once in the newspaper having general circulation in the City and in the above described territory not mDre than twenty (20) days nor less than ten (10) days prior to the date of such public hearingy a11 in accortiance wi.th the Municipal Annexation Art (Cnapter 160, Acts of the 58th Legislature,, Regular Session, 1963; comlpiled as Article 970a, Vernonts Texas Civil Statutes).
