Sectinn 1. The fo7.lowing described land and territory lying adjacent to and adjoining the City of Paris, Texas, is hereby added and annexed to the City of Paris, Texas, and said territory hereinafter described shall hereafter be in- cluded within the boundaryh mits of the City of Paris, Texass and the present baundary limits of said cityg at the various points contiguous to the area here- inafter describeda are altered and amended so as to include said area within the corporate limits of the City of Parisa to-wit: Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas, and being a part of the Joseph Leach Survey, and being a part of a tract of land described in adeed dated August 19, 1964, from Lamar Trucking Company to R. M. Ginsberg, and recorded in Book 419: Page 115., LamL,.r County Deed Records,, and being described by metes and bounds as follows: BLginning at a point where the Sfluth Boundary Line of the R, M, Gi_nsberg tract intersects the present City Limit Line North East of the City of Paris; Thence East with the South Boundary Line of the G;_nsberg tract, 820 feet to the S. E. Corner thereof; Thence North with the E. B. Line of said Ginsberg tract, 1976 fee± to the Narth East Corner of said tract; Thence W est with the N. B. Line of the Ginsberg tractp 1278 feet to the North West Corner of said tract; Thence South to a point wllere the W est Boundary Line of the Gi.nsberg tract intersects the present City Limit Line North East of the City of Pa.ris, a disiance of 1403 feet. Being all of said G;.nsberg tract wnich is nDt now wzthin the C~ty Li.tnits of the City of Paris. Szction 2. The above described territory and area so annexed shall be a part of the City of Paris, Texas, and the property so a3ded here'ay shalX bear its pro rata part of the taxes levied by the City of Paris, Texas, and the in- habitants thereof sha.Ll be entitled to all of the rights and privileges of all the citizens and shall be bound by the acts, ordinances, resolutionsa and regulations of the City of Paris, Texas. That the above property sha11 be annexed under the Zoning Classification SF-2 as is classified under Zoning 0:-dinance No. 1710. Passed and approved this the 23rd day of M-ay9 A, D„, 1966.
