(3) The minimum size of all service disconnects shall be 50 <br />amp. <br />(4) Service Panel Breakers: All service panel breakers, known <br />as Piggy-back, tandums, twins, thins, or any other of this <br />type disconnect, are hereby prohibited on new or repair in- <br />s ta lla tion s. <br />(5) No trailer house will be insta.lled and connected with the <br />electrical service, which does not have a driven ground or <br />water pipe ground connected to the trailer house and <br />equipped with polarized plug ins. <br />Section 2. That Section 9 of Ordinance No. 1274, be, and the same is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />~ <br />Before a license shall be granted to an applicant as an electrical <br />contractor as defined in said ordinance, a fee of $100. 00 shall <br />be paid to the City of Paris, Texas, for the first years license, <br />and the applicant shall execute and deliver to the City Clerk for <br />approval, a bond in the sum of $500. 00, having as surety thereon <br />a recognized surety company authorized to do business in this State, <br />said bond to be conditioned for the faithful work for all work en- <br />tered upon or contracted for, in strict accordance with the terms <br />and requirements of this ordinance. Such license, when issued, <br />shall entitle the holder thereof to engage in the business of electrical <br />contractor for a period of one year from the date of issuance, unless <br />sooner revoked, and may be renewed by the holder upon the payment <br />of an annual renewal fee of $25. 00 and the renewal of the bond re- <br />quired herein. <br />Section 3. All ordina.nces and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith <br />are hereby repealed. <br />Section 4. Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the <br />provisions of this ordinance shall be deemeO guilty of a misdemeanor, and <br />upon conviction therefor, shall be fined in any sum not exceeding Two Hundred <br />($200.00) Dollars, and each and every day's continuance of any violation of <br />the provisions of this ordinance shall constitute and be deemed a separate <br />offense. " <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall be and become effective on the 15th <br />da y. of February, A. D, , 1963. <br />Passed and adopted this 14th day of January, A.
