That Ordinance No. ljl5, Section VIII - D-2, styled <br />"Street Surfacing -Arterial Streets", be, and the same is hereby <br />deleted, and the following is substituted therefor: <br />Arterial Streets shall have tnro (2) inches compacted thickness <br />of p're--mix rock fasphal~, either cold or hot mix, meeting the <br />requirements in material and construction, as outlined in the <br />Standard Specif ications of the City of Paris for the type of <br />improvement to be constructede <br />No street surfacing or pavement shall be construeted u.ntil all <br />required utilities and house services (to back of curb) are in place. <br />Section b. A11 alleys shall have arterial street improvements <br />except when said al1°ey is dedicatecl solely to provide ingress and <br />egress to an existing alley, in which case the alley may have six (b) <br />inches of approved compacted gravel. <br />Section 7. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict <br />herewith are hereby repealed. <br />Section b.
