(7) On Farm-to-Market Road 137, an extension of 19th Street, S. W. , 5outh and South W esterly from the C)Id City Limit Line to the point where said highway turns W est, when travelling South to such point, a speed limit of 40 miles per hour; thence South and mostly West to the North Boundary Line of the T. & P. Railway track, the present City Limit Line, a speed limit of 60 miles per hour in daytime and 55 miles per hour at night. When travelling North Easterly and North from the North Boundary Line of the T. & P. Railway Right of Way, which is the present City Limit Line, Northeasterly, a distance of 0, 103 miles, a speed limit of 60 miles per hour in daytime and 55 miles per hour at night. When travelling l\b rth Easterly to a point where the highway turns North, a distance of 0, 200 miles, a speed limit of 45 miles per hour, as evidenced by the attached plan which is hereby approved and made a part hereof, and from the above point, North, a distance of 0, 543 miles to the old City Limit Line, a speed limit of 40 miles per hour. Section 2, Any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not exceeding Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars. Section 3, All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on the lOth day of April, A.
