Section 5. No person or persons shall throw into the waters of Lake <br />Gibbons or La.ke Crook any trash, rubbish, or garbage, and no person or <br />persons shall in any manner damage or destroy any of the properties or <br />insta,lla.tions cm the waters or premises of Lake Crook or Lake Gibbons, <br />Section 6. Each boat or watercraft operated upon the waters of <br />Lake Gibbons or Lake Crook shall be equipped with one life preaerver <br />for each of the passengers in said boat or watercraft. <br />Section 7, The following regulations are hereby made for boating <br />and skiing upon the waters of Lake Crook: <br />No skiing shall be done beyond the barrles which are placed as <br />ma.rkers for boats upon the Lakeo <br />No skiing shall be dane in and out of the necks on the waters of <br />La.ke Crook. <br />No boating or skiing shall be done adjacent to or near the <br />loading docks, which is provided for the loading and unloading <br />of boats and equipmento <br />That each boat must be offplane in all riecks of said Lake or <br />the speed thereof kept below five (5) miles per houro <br />Tha,t any boat eoming out of a neck in the Lake must y3eld to <br />the boats being operated an the body of the Lake, and that the <br />right hand rule shall apply to all boats coming in and out of the <br />necks of the Lake„ <br />That no person shall park any motor vehicle in or near the <br />unloadi.ng ramps or their approaches in such a manner as <br />to block the free ingress and egress of persons unloading <br />and unhookirig boats and trailersp <br />That swimming shall be at all times prohibited on the Lake, <br />and no persons shall be found on the Lake unless in the act <br />of skii.ng, or after having fallen off their skiis, in the act of <br />regaining them or the boat towing the skiisp <br />That all boats being operated at night, or from dusk until <br />dawn, will at all tirness exhibit a white light of sufficient <br />power that it may be observed from a reasonable distance. <br />Section 8o That any person convicted of any of the offenses above <br />described shall be guilty of a misdemeanorF and shall be punished by a <br />fine of not to exceed Fi.fty ($50.00) Dallarso That each violation shall <br />constitute a separate offenseo <br />Section 9o All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />Section l0o This ordinance shall become effective on the 22nd day <br />of May, A.
