<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
<br />OF PARISy TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIE5 ESTABLISHED BY
<br />THE ZONING mAP AOF THE ,NORTH SID EOF ~LARKSVILLE STR.EET,
<br />DISTRIC T ON PORTIONS
<br />EXTENDING NORTH WEST FROM THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF 16TH
<br />STREET, S. Eo, AND ON PORTIONS OF THE SOUTH SIDE OF CLARKSVILLE
<br />STREET, FROM 17TH STREET, S. E, TO THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF
<br />14TH STREET, S. E,, SO AS TO IINCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
<br />DESIGNATED AS A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; DESIGNATING THE BOUNDA-
<br />RIES OF THE "G" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT 50 ESTABLISHED; AND PLACING
<br />THE PROPERTY HEREIN INVOLVED IN THE FIR5T FIR.E LIMITS,
<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
<br />Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning
<br />Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris be, and the sarrne are hereby
<br />changed, and that a"G" Commercial District be, and the same is hereby
<br />established on portions of the North 5ide of Clarksville Street, nd n on n -
<br />North West from the West Boundary Line of lbth 5treet, S. E., Por
<br />to the
<br />tions of the South Side of Clarksville Street, from 17th Street, S. E.
<br />East Boundary Line of 14th 5treet, S. Eo, so as to include in such "Gr'
<br />Commercial District the hereinafter described territory, which was formerly
<br />and is presently designated as a Residential District, and that the boundaries
<br />of said G Commercial District be, and the same are hereby established as
<br />follows;
<br />Situated in the City of Paris, in Lamar County, Texas, and described
<br />as follows:
<br />TRACT NO, 1: Beginning at the intersection of the West Boundary
<br />Line of 16th Street, S. Eo , and the North Boundary Line of
<br />Clarksville Street;
<br />Thence in a North Westerly direction with the North Boundary
<br />Line of Clarksville Street, across the front of properties belonging
<br />to Frances Abbett, Raymond Wunsch, Mrs. J. A. House, Mrs. J. D.
<br />House, and Louis B. Williamsy to the South West Corner of the
<br />Louis B. Williams lot and the South East Corner of a lot belonging
<br />to Sarah B. Griffith Estate;
<br />Thence North with the E. B. Line of the Griffith property to a
<br />tract belonging to Rabert Hoffman;
<br />Thence East with the South Boundary Line of six lots which face
<br />on Margaret Sti.eet to the South East Corner of a lot belonging to

<br />Thence North with the E. B. Line of the Gill lot, approxima.tely
