TRACT NO. 2: Beginning at the North West Corner of a lot belonging to Robert Swaim, where the same intersects the South Boundary Line of Clarksville Street, being the North East Corner of a tract belonging to W. H. Ayres; Thence in a North Westerly direction with the South Boundary Line of Clarksville Street to the East Boundary Line of 14th 5treet, S. E. ; Thence South with the E. B. Line of 14th Street, S. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
