Griffith Estate, so as to include i.n such "G" Coznmerci.a.l District the hereinafter described territory, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Residenti.a.l District, and that the boundaries of said "GI' Coxnmercial District be, and the same are hereby esta.blished as follows; FxR.ST TR.ACT: Lying and situated in Lamar County, Texas, within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Texas, a part of the Larkin Ratta.n Survey and also a part of City Block No. 1U2-A, described by metes and bounds as follows, to-wit: Beg3nning at a stake in the WBL of 16th St. S.
