No person shall park or allow to be <br />parked any vehicle at any point or place upon said off street <br />parking a•rea, except wholly within the lines established for <br />such parking.by the Director of Public Works of the City of <br />Paris, in accordance with the design and plan for the use <br />thereof, as authorized and directed by Section 4, above. <br />Section 7• Any person or firm who shall violate any <br />provision of this ordina;lce shall be guilty of a misdemeanor <br />and upon conviction shall be assessed a penalty of no:t less <br />than One (,V1.00) llollar nor more than Twenty-Five (*25.00) <br />llollars, except that any person who shall violate the provi- <br />sions of this ordinance with reference to over parking, or <br />parking without placing a coin in the parking meter, then in <br />such cases said person shall be guilty of a misdemearzor and <br />upon convu.tiori shall be assessed a penalty of Fifty Cents <br />t50¢) without court costs if paid within the first twent,y-four <br />hours from the receipt of an over parking ticket, and if paid <br />thereafter not less than On.e (MP1.00) Dollar without court <br />costs, and if not paid within five days from the receipt of <br />the ticket and warrant is issued thereon, a fee of Two (;2.00) <br />llollars in addition to the fine sha11 be assessed for said <br />warrant. <br />Section All ordinances or parts of ordinances in <br />conflict with any provisions of this ordinance be, and the <br />same are hereb;T repealed'.• <br />Section 9. This ordinance shall become effective on <br />the lst day of March, A.
