Section 7• Any person or firm who shall violate any provision of this ordina;lce shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be assessed a penalty of no:t less than One (,V1.00) llollar nor more than Twenty-Five (*25.00) llollars, except that any person who shall violate the provi- sions of this ordinance with reference to over parking, or parking without placing a coin in the parking meter, then in such cases said person shall be guilty of a misdemearzor and upon convu.tiori shall be assessed a penalty of Fifty Cents t50¢) without court costs if paid within the first twent,y-four hours from the receipt of an over parking ticket, and if paid thereafter not less than On.e (MP1.00) Dollar without court costs, and if not paid within five days from the receipt of the ticket and warrant is issued thereon, a fee of Two (;2.00) llollars in addition to the fine sha11 be assessed for said warrant.
